The Washington National Cathedral Series
This 2002 series of eleven hand-printed, hand-colored images of Washington D.C.’s National Cathedral feature the cathedral’s magnificent and soaring views.  The delicate approach to painting the series’ images speaks of the intimacy and serenity found in these spaces, while the images themselves capture the strength of the grand architecture.

Series numbers one and two were selected for exhibition in the 2003 juried competition at the National Cathedral: “Seeing the Light, Reflections of the Spiritual.”

In 2004, series number one was awarded first place in Tyme Gallery’s 4th Annual Juried Photography Exhibition.

A limited number of Giclee prints are available of this series.  Signed and presented in an archival 16”x 20” mat, these reproductions sell for $140.
